At Cynosure Hair, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury hair extensions and wigs. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team at support@cynosurehair.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

  Inspection Check

  Ensure the hair has not been washed, dyed, cut, or had the lace trimmed, as only products in their original factory state with all tags attached are eligible for a refund.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
